Michael Ratliff

Mike Ratliff began his career in the coatings industry as a member of the maintenance team of MetoKote Corporation in 1994. He used skills learned in the US Air Force to troubleshoot and repair equipment while learning about the processing technologies used in applying various coatings. From there he moved into various management positions across multiple facilities. In his current role as a member of the Operational Excellence group for PPG, Mike’s 28 years of experience is used to help facilities within the Coatings Services network improve their processes and deliver greater value to the organization and its customers.
