Mr. Chad Andreae, V.P. of Sales at Therma-Tron-X, Inc. holds a BS in Mechanical
Engineering (BSME) from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). He is a member of
the Chemical Coaters Association (CCAI), Electrocoat Association and Powder Coat
Association (PCI).
Chad began his career as a Maintenance Engineer at Bemis Company in New London
Wisconsin, a manufacture of flexible packaging materials. After leaving Bemis Company,
Chad hired on as a Mechanical Engineer at Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Neenah, WI. In
2004 he left Kimberly-Clark and joined TTX as a Design Engineer. It did not take TTX
management long to see that Chad’s knowledge and expertise were needed to usher the
company into a new era of business. Since moving to Sales in 2010, TTX’s business has
grown exponentially.
As V.P. of Sales, Chad works with a small team of sales engineers to develop customized
solutions for clients in need of complete paint finishing lines and water and wastewater
treatment systems. Chad is the innovative designer, the tough negotiator and the savvy
communicator for TTX. Beyond sales, he takes his place with his father and brother leading
TTX in daily operations throughout the company. As an industry leader, Chad enjoys giving
technical presentations and holds multiple patents.
Mr. Andreae is a third generation descendent of the over forty five year old family owned
business. The company was established in the late 60’s by his grandfather Otto Andreae
and Ray Sherman. Today, Chad’s father, Brad Andreae holds the title of CEO and owner
with the support of three of his four children by his side.
Chad married Christine McKenzie in 2001 and has returned to his hometown to raise his
children surrounded by his extended family. Family is a top priority for the Andreae’s. They
are the proud parents of four girls and two boys, the newest addition joining the family in
November of 2015 from China.
Even as a young successful member of a growing company, Chad manages to keep his
priorities in balance. He enjoys serving in various ministries through his local church,
coaching, camping, and running. He is also a licensed pilot and frequently flies for work and
for pleasure. If there is a challenge, he will rise to it.
Success hasn’t distracted Chad from his values. His priorities are clear; God, family,
community. He gives God all the glory for his accomplishments and looks to the Bible for
truth, guidance and understanding in all facets of his life.
